Terms & Conditions (AGB) — NiloodanYoga

These Terms & Conditions (“AGB”) govern the use of the website www.niloodanyoga.com (“Website”) and the booking or purchase of yoga sessions, session packages, and membership options offered by NiloodanYoga, Maryam Rouzbahani (“we”, “us”, “our”).

 

By using this website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to:

  • participation in yoga sessions

  • purchasing single sessions, packages, or fixed-duration memberships

  • using the Wix booking and payment systems

  • any interaction with our website

They form the contract between you (the customer) and us (the provider).

3. Services

We offer:

  • In-person yoga classes

  • Single-session bookings

  • Session packages

  • Fixed-duration memberships (not auto-renewing at this time)

All details, pricing, and availability are shown on the booking page.

We may adjust class formats, schedule, or content when necessary (e.g., illness, location changes).

4. Eligibility & Health Disclaimer

By participating in any session, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old, or participating with parental/guardian approval.

  • You are physically able to practice yoga.

  • You take part at your own risk and listen to your body.

  • Our classes do not replace medical advice.

  • You will stop if you experience pain or discomfort.

We are not liable for injuries caused by:

  • ignoring instructions

  • unsafe practice

  • unsuitable home practice environments

  • pre-existing conditions

  • misuse of the training content

5. Booking & Cancellation Rules

Booking

Bookings are made via Wix Bookings.
A booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel a session up to 1 hour before the start time.

  • If you cancel later than that, or do not show up, the session counts as used.

No refund or credit is given for late cancellations or no-shows.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through:

  • Wix Payments

  • PayPal

Prices are shown in €
A purchase is binding once payment is completed.

If payment fails, we may cancel or pause your booking or membership.

7. Memberships (Fixed Duration)

Our memberships:

  • Have a fixed duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months — depending on the offer).

  • Do not auto-renew at this time.

  • Must be renewed manually if you want continued access.

Cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of the already paid period.

  • No prorated or partial refunds are given (see Refund Policy).

8. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Summary:

  • Single sessions: One-time refund option (only for the first session).

  • Memberships: 7-day refund window from the purchase date.

  • Late cancellations (under 1 hour): No refund.

  • No-shows: No refund.

9. Changes to Classes or Schedule

We reserve the right to:

  • modify class times or locations

  • replace instructors

  • cancel sessions if required

If a session is canceled by us, you will receive:

  • a replacement class, or

  • a credit, or

  • a refund for that session

We will never penalize you for cancellations we initiate.

10. Code of Conduct

To keep all classes safe and enjoyable, participants must:

  • behave respectfully toward others

  • follow the instructor’s guidance

  • arrive on time

  • maintain hygiene and personal responsibility

We may refuse access or remove a participant for inappropriate behavior.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, videos, teaching materials, and class descriptions—is protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • copy

  • reproduce

  • share

  • redistribute

  • publish
    any content without written permission

14. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • you misuse the booking system

  • you behave inappropriately during classes

Paid memberships remain active until the end of their current paid period (unless the termination is due to severe misconduct).

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with jurisdiction in Munich, Bavaria.

16. Availability of the Website

Website availability depends on Wix.
NiloodanYoga does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for downtime, outages, or data loss caused by third-party providers (e.g., Wix, PayPal).

12.Accounts

If you create a Wix Member Account:

  • You must provide correct information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

We may suspend accounts that violate our Terms.

13. Liability

We are liable only for:

  • intent

  • gross negligence

  • injury to life, body, or health

We are not liable for:

  • injuries caused by unsafe practice or ignoring instructions

  • loss of belongings during in-person classes

  • website downtime or booking system failures (Wix-controlled)

  • indirect or consequential damages
