Refund Policy

Single Sessions

  • You may request one refund for your first-ever session.

  • Any sessions booked after the first one are non-refundable.

Memberships / Subscriptions

  • Memberships can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

  • If you used any sessions during this period, their value may be deducted from the refund.

  • After 7 days, no refund is available.

Session Cancellations

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.

No-Shows

If you miss a session without cancelling, the session is marked as used.
