When you book a class through this site, we collect your full name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — phone number and any notes you add.
We do not use cookies or analytics tracking on this site at this time.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to confirm your class reservation, manage capacity for each session, and contact you about the class you booked.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary to perform the booking you requested.
5. Where your data is stored
Booking data is stored in a Supabase database and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is restricted to Niloo and site administrators.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact niloodan.yoga@gmail.com.
7. Data retention
Booking records are kept only as long as needed to operate the class schedule, and are deleted on request.
